This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
β’ Enhance program efficiency, service quality, and overall value by assessing performance and pinpointing areas for improvement.
β’ Strategically plan, organize, monitor, oversee, and lead multiple simultaneous projects utilizing cross-functional teams.
β’ Spearhead the comprehensive implementation of technology solutions that support Care Management.
β’ Convert business and clinical requirements into scalable and well-governed system deployments.
β’ Oversee the entire process from design through to go-live and post-launch stabilization.
β’ Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to configure, test, and facilitate the adoption of new capabilities.
β’ Spot opportunities to enhance efficiency, service levels, regulatory compliance, and technology-enabled processes.
β’ Formulate strategies for prioritizing improvements, aligning resources, and transforming workflows.
β’ Oversee the collection of requirements, solution design, project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, configuration, user acceptance testing, implementation, deployment, and go-live phases.
β’ Establish governance frameworks and controlled implementation methodologies utilizing project management tools and techniques.
β’ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including action items, issue lists, risk mitigation strategies, success metrics, testing documentation, and readiness materials.
β’ Report on project status through executive summaries, presentations, dashboards, and reports.
β’ Secure necessary resources, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and align business, technology, operational, and vendor teams.
β’ Facilitate solution design sessions, governance reviews, testing activities, and discussions regarding implementation readiness.
β’ Offer functional and technical expertise while simplifying complex concepts for various stakeholders.
β’ Define and monitor project success metrics, implementation outcomes, business value realization, adoption, and scalability.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management.
β’ Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management is preferred.
β’ Proven ownership and initiative with a strong desire to drive substantial, measurable results.
β’ Excellent project management and analytical skills.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Demonstrated success in delivering projects at the enterprise level.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
