Program Manager II – Strategy & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement various cross-functional initiatives from their inception through to launch and beyond.

• Develop collaborative program strategies, coordinate activities, and ensure timely execution in line with established outcomes.

• Identify, communicate, and monitor risks, dependencies, and strategic opportunities.

• Create and disseminate program documentation, such as status updates, milestones, presentations, and executive summaries.

• Lead program communications and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Collaborate with executive and management stakeholders across the Presales organization and the broader enterprise.

• Transform strategic priorities into coordinated actions.
