This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Deliver tactical assistance for client-oriented projects
• Oversee and support project performance, focusing on program financial management and client communications
• Offer internal consulting regarding project management challenges
• Discover opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements
• Recognize and escalate risks related to project timelines and financial goals
• Supervise and coordinate the initiation of studies
• Convert protocol language into internal systems and processes
• Prepare for and facilitate internal meetings; participate in external meetings
• Coordinate stability launches
• Maintain project setup and scheduling for sample tests
• Assess and manage project timelines and deliverables
• Comply with contract stipulations and assist in contract management procedures
• Oversee project setup and financial aspects
• Generate projections, forecasts, and revenue recognition for fee-for-service, hourly, or FTE programs
• Adhere to client budgets and utilization goals; modify forecasts or project priorities weekly as necessary
• Communicate routine FTE utilization and expenditures
• Manage both internal and external communications, starting with project financial coordination
• Assist the client relationship manager by taking meeting minutes and tracking action items
• Manage study documents and testing directives; disseminate data and reports
• Support the review processes for fee-for-service and hourly contracts
• Provide or assist in training for Program Manager I
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives and process enhancements
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• 3+ years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education, training, and experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities
• Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency with computers and enterprise applications, including office productivity software
• Proven analytical abilities
• Demonstrated adherence to procedures and policies
• Capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with multi-level teams
• Skill in communicating, receiving, and comprehending information and ideas with diverse groups
• Capability to work upright and stationary for standard working hours
• Proficiency in using and learning standard office equipment and technology
• Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple projects or activities
