This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Operate autonomously under the guidance of the Program Director, Department Administrator, or Department Chair to oversee a statewide, College-wide, or department-wide initiative.
• Provide leadership and support to the team to ensure the successful attainment of program objectives.
• Maintain the program's timeline and monitor deadlines for deliverables.
• Develop and manage the program's budget effectively.
• Schedule personnel and material resources as needed.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and institutional policies.
• Supervise the collection, analysis, and distribution of program data.
• Coordinate the creation of educational materials, marketing collateral, websites, forms, and reports.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of program databases and files.
• Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
• Supervise training for program participants.
• Manage program outreach initiatives and foster relationships with community organizations.
• Ensure that program data and progress are communicated to stakeholders.
• Participate in committees pertinent to program and professional or research growth.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.
• Strong customer focus, trust-building, communication, critical thinking, and influencing abilities.
• Capability to occasionally lift materials of moderate weight.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Skill in detecting and interpreting speech or other forms of communication.
• May occasionally need to differentiate colors and perceive distances between objects.
• Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education on an equivalent basis.
