Program Manager, fluent German, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee the successful execution of multiple simultaneous projects from start to finish.

• Guide teams to achieve outstanding results.

• Identify risks and resolve challenges effectively.

• Ensure projects align with organizational objectives.

• Develop clear project visions, encourage teamwork, and eliminate barriers.

• Provide value to stakeholders and clients.

• Coordinate efforts across departments and maintain communication with clients and internal teams.

• Act as a point of escalation between OpenText and customer departments/teams.

• Produce high-quality project deliverables and track measurable milestones.

• Implement state-of-the-art technologies for clients’ digital transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in software implementation.

• Preferably possess experience in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM).

• Hold PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications.

• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies.

• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and achieve successful results.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional negotiation abilities.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality.

• Proficient in managing customer expectations with a commercial perspective in a software vendor context.

• Ability to serve as a liaison between OpenText and customer departments/teams.

• Proficient in motivating teams, facilitating collaborative decision-making, strategic positioning, and creating a positive, results-oriented team environment.

• Experience in working with virtual, globally distributed teams while managing time zone and cultural differences.

• Strong skills in cross-departmental coordination and effective communication.

• Fluent in Dutch and/or German as well as English, both written and spoken; Dutch is preferred.
