This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Direct the execution and lifecycle management of enterprise learning programs, encompassing intake, design, deployment, and evaluation.
β’ Take ownership of assigned learning initiatives, ensuring they meet scope, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement standards.
β’ Collaborate with clinical, operational, HR, compliance, legal, and functional stakeholders to convert business and regulatory requirements into scalable learning solutions.
β’ Assist in governance processes, intake prioritization, decision-making, and alignment with enterprise standards and capacity.
β’ Contribute to the design of curriculum and programs, development and delivery of learning solutions, facilitation strategies, and overall learner experience.
β’ Utilize principles of learning transfer and effectiveness to foster engagement, application, and sustained behavior change.
β’ Collaborate with learning technology, LMS, reporting, and digital teams on content deployment, learner targeting, system functionality, and user experience.
β’ Oversee enterprise learning cycles, mandatory training, and large-scale program implementations.
β’ Track program metrics and learning data to assess effectiveness, compliance, and outcomes.
β’ Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, pilots, and enhancements, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables.
β’ Create and implement communication strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning programs.
β’ Investigate and apply emerging learning practices, tools, and methodologies.
β’ Bachelor's degree in communications, education, human resource management, or a closely related field (required).
β’ Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in learning, education, or human resources (required).
β’ Proficiency in instructional design.
β’ Understanding of Adult Learning Theory.
β’ Strong project management skills.
β’ Research capabilities.
β’ Analytical thinking skills.
β’ Excellent writing skills.
β’ Strong oral comprehension.
β’ Familiarity with learning technology.
β’ Experience with Workday Learning.
β’ Proficient in virtual classrooms.
β’ ATD Training and Facilitation certificate or BSMH Virtual Facilitation Skills Certificate must be obtained within 6 months of hire (preferred).
β’ Ability to work day shift and fulfill 40 scheduled weekly hours.
