This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Collaborate with Commercial and HR leaders to evaluate learning requirements and skill deficiencies.
β’ Create and oversee a comprehensive learning portfolio that aligns with organizational goals.
β’ Design, co-create, and organize training programs tailored for commercial learning profiles.
β’ Source, curate, and develop training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
β’ Identify, onboard, and manage training facilitators.
β’ Lead training sessions and enhance participant engagement and knowledge transfer.
β’ Plan and implement training schedules, logistics, and communication strategies.
β’ Assess and measure the effectiveness of training through feedback, evaluations, and business impact metrics.
β’ Continuously refine training programs based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
β’ Manage learning management systems and keep training records and documentation up to date.
β’ Travel approximately 20% of the year to assist with commercial learning events.
β’ A 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in organizational Learning & Development, particularly in sales enablement.
β’ Proven ability to cultivate relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment on learning initiatives.
β’ Expertise in instructional design and content development.
β’ Strong skills in facilitation and presentation.
β’ Proficiency in project management and execution.
β’ Competence in data analysis and continuous improvement.

β’ Must be willing to travel approximately 20% of the year.
