
Program Manager, Business Development – Membership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate business development conversations with current members and potential clients to uncover strategic, operational, and financial issues.
• Evaluate organizational requirements, diagnose business obstacles, and formulate recommendations that align with client priorities and CTS service offerings.
• Research and monitor healthcare-related RFPs, RFIs, and other potential business ventures.
• Oversee a business development portfolio, manage an active sales pipeline, and deliver forecasting, reporting, and strategic insights to CTS leadership.
• Create and implement strategies to boost consulting revenue, broaden market presence, and enhance member engagement.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with leaders in health systems, cardiovascular administrators, physician executives, and other key stakeholders.
• Propel consulting opportunities through the development of proposals, contracting, and project initiation.
• Collaborate with CTS consultants to craft client-focused solutions, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market prospects.
• Represent MedAxiom at member gatherings, industry conferences, and executive forums.
• Set and monitor metrics for pipeline development, revenue growth, opportunity conversion, and client engagement.
• Shape organizational growth strategies by leveraging market intelligence, member feedback, and insights from business development.
• Engage in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare consulting, business development, healthcare operations, cardiovascular service line management, membership engagement, strategic planning, or similar healthcare leadership roles.
• Proven track record in establishing business relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with senior healthcare executives, physician leaders, and health system stakeholders.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare operations, strategic planning, financial performance, and organizational improvement initiatives.
• Capability to work autonomously, demonstrate sound judgment, and influence decision-making among various stakeholders.
• A strong desire to learn about cardiovascular care delivery, healthcare operations, and consulting services.
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Proficient in identifying opportunities and aligning member needs with organizational solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with healthcare executives, physicians, and administrators.
• Self-driven with a growth-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• May be required to undergo a 10-panel drug screening, including cannabis, if assigned to support certain healthcare organizations.
