This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as the main point of contact for pharmaceutical program(s).
• Oversee program(s) in accordance with the scope of work, established procedures, standard operating procedures, and budgetary constraints.
• Cultivate client relationships, establishing trust and rapport.
• Supervise daily program operations, including oversight of staff.
• Lead the performance responsibilities of teams and individual team members.
• Track and report program statistics and performance metrics.
• Raise issues that threaten delivery to contracted standards.
• Prioritize and manage both personal schedules and those of others.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders on program operations.
• Assist in the analysis and composition of client reports and deliverables.
• Share program data, information, and insights with both internal and external customers.
• Engage in process and performance improvement initiatives alongside Hub Services leadership and client teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders concerning program design, enhancements, and modifications.
• Travel occasionally and attend relevant meetings or conferences as required.
• Participate in interviewing, evaluating, and training employees.
• Provide both verbal and written feedback to team members based on reviews, metrics, quality assurance results, and observed behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with training deadlines, corporate policies, confidential data requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in identifying requirements, developing specifications, and conducting User Acceptance Testing as needed.
• Execute additional assigned tasks or projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or Patient Services.
• Experience managing a team of Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in reporting on HUB metrics and relaying trends to clients.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of success.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical skills and experience with various CRM software platforms.
• Preference for candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
• Willingness to travel as necessary is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screening.
