Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead the overall contract management efforts.

• Act as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer, COR, and CBP program leadership.

• Coordinate activities across various operational sites.

• Ensure adherence to all contractual stipulations.

• Oversee performance regarding cost, schedule, quality, staffing, risk, and operational readiness goals.

• Organize, direct, and manage government contracts related to logistics and maintenance operations support.

• Handle contract finances, including costs, schedules, staffing, performance, and deliverables.

• Create and oversee an Integrated Master Schedule.

• Lead cross-functional teams engaged in logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, supply chain, warehouse, and sustainment activities.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring quality management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or a closely related discipline.

• Minimum of eight years of experience in organizing, directing, and managing government contracts related to logistics and maintenance operations support.

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

• Proven experience in managing government contract finances, costs, schedules, staffing, performance, and deliverables.

• Demonstrated expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and quality management.

• Experience in developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule, preferably using Microsoft Project.

• Background in leading multidisciplinary teams in logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, supply chain, warehouse, and sustainment activities.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Must be eligible to undergo a fully adjudicated CBP Background Investigation.
