Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the successful execution of client programs, ensuring that quality, timelines, profitability, and client expectations are fulfilled.

• Take ownership of the operational client relationship, serving as a primary point of contact and escalation.

• Track program performance, KPIs, and risks, proactively addressing any issues that threaten targets or delivery.

• Build, oversee, and nurture the Project Management team through staffing, performance evaluations, mentoring, training, and succession planning.

• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Account Management, Quality, Vendor Management, Technical Services, and others.

• Manage budgets, profitability, revenue forecasting, and revenue recognition.

• Address delivery or quality challenges, including conducting root cause analyses and CAPA processes.

• Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

• Support account expansion by spotting opportunities and contributing to proposals, RFPs, and discussions with clients.

• Lead and engage in client meetings, status updates, business reviews, and other program-related communications.

• Ensure that processes, methodologies, and risk management practices are adhered to consistently.

• Maintain precise program reporting to ensure that client requirements and commercial expectations are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Project and/or Program Management, particularly in overseeing complex, multi-project client programs.

• Strong experience in client management and stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing, mentoring, and developing Project Management teams.

• Solid commercial and financial insight, encompassing budgets, profitability, forecasting, and revenue management.

• Experience thriving in deadline-driven settings, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to evolving requirements.

• Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with using KPIs and performance metrics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

• Experience working collaboratively and coordinating efforts with multiple teams.

• Experience in the localization or translation sector is highly desirable.

• Background in Life Sciences or Linguistic Validation is highly preferable.

• Familiarity with translation management systems, CAT tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools is advantageous.

• A relevant university degree is preferred.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Proficiency in an additional language is a benefit.
