Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of communication with the Contracting Officer and COR regarding all elements of the task order.

• Oversee staffing, cost management, and performance tracking across Operations & Maintenance and modernization workstreams.

• Ensure continuous awareness of program health, risks, and dependencies throughout the entire contract.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CMS stakeholders and the prime contractor.

• Represent Oddball in program-level meetings, reviews, and reporting sessions.

• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated program management expertise on large-scale federal IT contracts.

• Experience in managing cost, schedule, and performance across intricate multi-workstream programs.

• Knowledge of CMS, Medicare, or federal health IT environments is highly advantageous.

• Experience as a subcontractor within a prime/sub teaming framework is a plus.

• Background in managing delivery within an Agile setting, including sprint coordination and release planning.

• Excels in a remote, collaborative environment and enjoys working with matrixed teams.

• Effectively communicates with both technical teams and senior government stakeholders.

• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Certain positions may necessitate U.S. citizenship and the ability to secure and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
