This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of a federal information technology modernization initiative.
• Maintain project timelines, key milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, decisions, deliverables, and acceptance processes.
• Coordinate efforts among technical, security, quality assurance, accessibility, records management, and training teams.
• Act as the main management liaison for Government stakeholders.
• Organize and lead kickoff meetings, regular project reviews, technical working sessions, and deliverable evaluations.
• Generate regular status reports detailing achievements, upcoming tasks, schedule performance, risks, issues, decisions, quality concerns, and Government dependencies.
• Monitor performance against established scope, schedule, security requirements, and Firm-Fixed-Price commitments.
• Raise issues that necessitate corrective action or management review.
• Facilitate the development, internal review, submission, comment resolution, and acceptance of essential deliverables.
• Assist with requirements traceability, user acceptance testing, training, production deployment, knowledge transfer, transition, and project closure.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years' experience in managing information technology, data, cloud, document management, or modernization projects.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and collaborating with Government or regulated-sector stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing project timelines, risks, issues, status reports, deliverables, and acceptance activities.
• Experience in supporting projects with clearly defined milestones and deliverable-based performance criteria.
• Excellent written, oral, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Capability to obtain and maintain Public Trust status.
• Preferred Project Management Professional certification or an equivalent project management credential.
• Preferred experience in managing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, artificial intelligence, document processing, or enterprise search projects.
• Preferred experience in supporting Federal Government clients or Firm-Fixed-Price task orders.
