Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate integration and deployment initiatives

• Outline tasks and necessary resources

• Estimate and monitor project efforts

• Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules

• Monitor project progress and generate reports

• Address technical challenges

• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders concerning project matters

• Ensure the effective and timely execution of technical programs across various teams, geographic regions, and throughout the entire system development life cycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field

• Extensive knowledge of Project Management and PMI standards

• Proficient in managing personal time, achieving deadlines and objectives, and effectively handling time

• Strong negotiation abilities in both technical and commercial contexts

• Proficient in English at an advanced level

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in telecom customer projects for 2–3 years or as a Service Delivery Manager for over 5 years

• Engineering background in telecom domains such as DataCom, Core, Radio, Transport network, IT, or Quality Assurance

• Familiarity with the design of networking systems hardware and software is an advantage

• Proficiency in another European language is a plus

• PMP, PMI, ITIL, Agile, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar certifications are encouraged
