This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with clients, company leadership, and project team leaders.
• Assess and disseminate project metrics and updates.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, with assistance from the Program Director.
• Collaborate with HMS contract operations and implementation teams to guarantee effective service delivery.
• Lead the development and/or evaluation of client deliverables.
• Monitor and communicate the resolution of deliverables.
• Design, create, and manage client-facing operational reports and program management tracking tools.
• Supervise operational and financial performance.
• Oversee and manage contracts, specific products/services, or special projects.
• Project-manage across indirect reports and suggest program modifications.
• Identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Medicare/Medicaid.
• At least five (5) years of experience working with healthcare providers.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to handle sensitive/protected health information.
• Proven expertise in Excel and other reporting/analytics tools.
• Ability to generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills for recognizing trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes through data analysis.
• Skill in translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in using data-driven analysis to suggest process enhancements and resource allocation strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Availability typically from 8 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time, with some flexibility.
• Video cameras are required during all interviews and for the initial week of orientation.
