Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, cross-functional programs from the planning and initiation stage to launch and realization of benefits.

• Take ownership of program scope, timelines, investments, and outcomes.

• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans that incorporate Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, client dependencies, and go-to-market efforts.

• Establish governance structures for the program, including milestones, success metrics, decision-making processes, and accountability measures.

• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and critical-path activities across multiple programs.

• Facilitate resolution and escalation as necessary.

• Provide executive-level updates on program health, delivery assurance, investment status, risks, decisions, and anticipated business outcomes.

• Lead prominent programs that are visible to executives and the Board.

• Prepare recommendations, alternatives, and decision-making materials for senior management.

• Collaborate with leadership on prioritization, resource distribution, investment choices, and trade-offs.

• Link delivery progress to customer satisfaction, commercial success, and strategic objectives.

• Enhance program management practices through the use of data, automation, analytics, and AI.

• Report directly to the Product Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of program management experience in a technology or product-centric organization.

• Proven experience in leading complex, enterprise-level, cross-functional programs with various Product, Engineering, and business teams.

• Background in managing high-profile programs with visibility to senior executives, Executive Committees, Boards, or equivalent leadership.

• Experience administering global or multi-regional programs with teams spread across different time zones.

• Familiarity with program governance, integrated planning, risk management, dependency management, financial oversight, and executive reporting.

• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Power BI.

• Experience in Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation, or analytics in program delivery is advantageous.

• Remote candidates should be prepared to travel as required.
