This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive, multi-year growth and transformation initiative spanning various workstreams.
• Organize activities, set priorities, manage timelines, and address dependencies among cross-functional teams and workstream leaders.
• Create and uphold program plans, milestones, deliverables, and essential activities.
• Recognize risks, issues, dependencies, and potential obstacles, facilitating their resolution.
• Foster productive relationships with stakeholders and workstream leaders.
• Lead program meetings and collaborative sessions, including setting agendas, following up, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability.
• Monitor program and workstream advancements, providing status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Align priorities and activities across workstreams to ensure consistency with program goals.
• Manage program documentation, status reports, and supporting materials.
• Implement and maintain standardized processes, communication protocols, and operating rhythms.
• Anticipate requirements, follow up on outstanding items, and drive initiatives to keep workstreams progressing.
• Handle multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or a comparable role supporting intricate enterprise initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional programs or multiple interconnected workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to take initiative, foresee needs, identify gaps, and proactively advance work.
• Solid collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and workstream leaders.
• Familiarity with Asana, Workfront, or analogous project/program management tools.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Preferred experience supporting Channel or Distribution programs.
• Preferred experience working on growth, transformation, or large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Preferred experience supporting programs within a substantial technology organization.
• Preferred experience coordinating across various business functions, teams, or geographic regions.
