This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships founded on trust and exceptional service.
• Deliver clear and consistent communication and guidance to clients, internal teams, and vendor partners.
• Direct program timelines, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Supervise program components, including budgeting, venue selection, registration, travel, production, and onsite execution.
• Handle hotel sourcing, room allocations, and vendor collaborations.
• Coordinate efforts among creative, travel, production, and onsite support teams.
• Develop and oversee program budgets that align with client expectations.
• Monitor cost savings and avoidance throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of final billing and reconciliations.
• Guarantee adherence to operational processes and procedures.
• Manage multiple programs concurrently while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
• Provide post-program evaluations, reporting, and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Lead client programs from inception through to execution for corporate meetings, events, and incentive trips.
• Excellent listening, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• A collaborative mindset when engaging with internal teams and external partners.
• Capacity to evaluate client needs and propose strategic solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet stringent deadlines.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships.
• Background in developing and overseeing program budgets.
• Willingness to travel at least 35% of the time.
• Preferred: Experience within pharmaceutical, franchise, or commercial event sectors.
• Preferred: Advanced skills in Excel and data management.
• Preferred: Experience in managing large-scale meetings, events, or incentive programs.
• Must be able to work during U.S. business hours.
