This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with capability leaders to formulate and implement annual strategic goals, operational plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the execution of RDQ priorities using standardized templates, governance structures, and business processes.
• Track organizational targets, milestones, interdependencies, and operational risks.
• Co-facilitate leadership team meetings and organizational forums.
• Create presentations, governance dashboards, decision-making materials, meeting agendas, executive updates, and communications for leadership.
• Ensure follow-up on leadership decisions and assigned action items.
• Act as the main operational liaison between capability leadership and the Strategic Performance & Operations Director.
• Assist in RDQ budget planning and oversight.
• Coordinate functional initiatives and translate enterprise projects into actionable implementation strategies.
• Lead strategic workshops and planning sessions.
• Support transformation efforts, new operational models, and organizational shifts.
• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement on strategies and best practices for organizational change management.
• Establish and implement standardized business processes, governance practices, templates, and tools throughout RDQ.
• Build and/or manage organizational knowledge repositories utilizing SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Assist in workforce and organizational capacity planning.
• Monitor organizational health metrics and suggest improvement measures.
• Convert strategic direction into coordinated execution plans and promote alignment across functions.
• Work closely with the Strategic Performance & Operations director and fellow Program Managers.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Doctorate degree OR a Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, quality assurance, or R&D.
• Experience in supporting leadership teams.
• Strong program or portfolio management skills in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and operational plans.
• Familiarity with financial stewardship.
• Proven ability to integrate global teams with effective collaboration and emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries, including knowledge of R&D quality and risk management, is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma and PMP certification.
