Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer workshops to meet project objectives and create comprehensive solutions utilizing AlgoSec technologies.

• Coordinate and align multiple workstreams among AlgoSec and external stakeholders.

• Establish strategic advisory relationships with customers to enhance solution adoption and ensure successful production deployment.

• Effectively communicate with customer stakeholders and executives throughout the engagement process.

• Oversee collaboration among customers, partners, and internal project teams.

• Manage several related customer projects from planning to production, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

• Act as the voice of the customer within AlgoSec, fostering retention and satisfaction.

• Assist in pre-sales activities alongside Account Managers, including the preparation of Statements of Work and Jump Start Packages.

• Engage and manage subcontractors according to established terms and conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Program Management or related fields.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

• Experience dealing with outbound customers.

• At least 2 years of experience working with Director-level leaders and above.

• Background in large technology or enterprise environments.

• Preferred experience in IT or cybersecurity, especially in firewall administration and configuration.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proactive in building relationships and resolving issues.

• Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, overcome challenges, remain effective under pressure, and manage fluctuating priorities.

• Strong grasp of change management principles, processes, and best practices.

• Capability to balance strategic vision with attention to detail and analytical thought.

• Aptitude for anticipating risks and dependencies in complex project environments and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Strong consultative leadership abilities and the capacity to influence decisions across intricate stakeholder groups.

• Experience leading strategic discovery and solution-design workshops with senior customer stakeholders.

• Ability to convert customer objectives into scalable solution strategies.

• Experience addressing customer needs from deployment through to production.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• PMP Certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
