Program Manager – AI Safety Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee interrelated workflows within continuous delivery cycles.

• Address enhancements and bug fixes as high-priority mini-projects.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with operational capabilities.

• Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager, Learning Experience, Quality, Operations, and clients.

• Manage bug fixes through continuous delivery pipelines.

• Enhance deployment workflows to expedite bug resolution while preserving system stability.

• Coordinate resource allocation, dependencies, and pipeline capacity.

• Convert technical updates into clear communications for clients and client-facing teams.

• Serve as the operational liaison among AIS PMO, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Learning Experience teams.

• Facilitate incident post-mortems and feedback loops.

• Drive validation standards to avert issue recurrence or regression.

• Recognize systemic patterns in recurring issues and implement structural enhancements.

• Monitor, analyze, and report service quality metrics to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Operations within the tech/software/AI sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in managing continuous delivery pipelines, releases, or agile sprint workflows.

• Proven record of collaboration with Operations, QA, and Client Services teams.

• Strong comprehension of continuous delivery practices and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Capability to manage operational overlaps with the Senior Ops Leader and influence without direct authority.

• Analytical mindset focused on root-cause analysis, quality metrics, and process optimization.

• Proficiency in bridging technical concepts and client-oriented outcomes effectively.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Willingness to work remotely from any Metro site.
