Program Lead, FSP Operations – Data Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall success of designated Data Management FSP programs, guaranteeing high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Provide strategic guidance on financial performance at the program level, resource optimization, and enhancement of profit margins.

• Manage budgets, allocate resources, control costs, conduct financial reporting, achieve profitability goals, and oversee contract management.

• Supervise the workforce infrastructure that supports the execution of FSP programs.

• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening and expanding the service offerings within Data Management FSP.

• Create scalable FSP solutions that cater to client requirements and promote long-term program expansion.

• Establish standardized frameworks for FSP service delivery while considering program-specific needs.

• Implement quality benchmarks, reporting systems, and performance indicators.

• Promote knowledge sharing and process standardization across FSP programs.

• Identify opportunities for service expansion and formulate targeted business strategies.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with essential stakeholders and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• A minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in FSP Data Management within a CRO environment.

• At least 3 years of prior line management experience.

• Direct experience in FSP Program Leadership within the Data Management sector.

• Familiarity with FSP resourcing forecasts, billing procedures, workforce predictions, and financial oversight.

• Extensive knowledge of FSP operational necessities across various therapeutic areas.

• Understanding of regulatory obligations and clinical trial operational frameworks.

• Experience in developing and implementing FSP solutions for a variety of client types.

• Capability to recognize and address the distinct challenges related to FSP service delivery in diverse functional contexts.

• Insight into the operational demands and regulatory frameworks governing clinical trials.

• Proven experience in building and managing cross-functional teams with expertise across multiple therapeutic areas.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management abilities.

• Skills to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
