Program Director, US Treasury & Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of a series of interconnected projects through a unified program approach.

• Manage the program office team along with functional leaders, including Project Managers.

• Provide collaborative management and strategic direction to individual projects.

• Handle programs with moderate to high levels of regulatory oversight and risk profiles.

• Supervise consolidated program financials and conduct benefits realization analysis.

• Manage the overall budget for the program.

• Lead the execution of Tier 2 programs characterized by moderately high to high complexity.

• Occasionally oversee Tier 1 programs.

• Directly manage Project Managers, Business Analysts, and/or Specialized Resources.

• Identify talent needs and develop capabilities to meet long-term unit goals.

• Provide strategic guidance to both business and functional leaders.

• Address escalated regulatory and governance-related program issues.

• Guide cross-functional teams through intricate organizational changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Project Management Certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of the practices, procedures, and principles of project management.

• Experience in financial management for tracking, forecasting, and overseeing project budgets.

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Excellent facilitation skills.

• A commitment to the development of team skills and the ability to attract top talent.

• Capable of building and sustaining strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.

• Ability to think strategically and demonstrate strong business acumen.

• Proven experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex changes from concept to execution.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Experience in Treasury and Finance is highly preferred.
