This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee centralized resources and support initiatives by delivering immediate resources for operational tasks.
• Direct the centralized copay team in copay processing, process enhancements, and KPI tracking.
• Establish and manage consistent quality control measures across all programs.
• Provide guidance and support for the planning and operational execution of program modifications.
• Advocate for quality standards throughout programs in collaboration with Program Management.
• Consistently improve centralized program operations.
• Assess staffing capacity and quality processes with Program Management and suggest process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Program Management, accounting, CSL, Innomar Pharmacy/Partners, and clients concerning copay services.
• Maintain Innomar Program SOPs and standard process workflows.
• Assist in reviewing and updating program-specific SOPs and operational instructions.
• Establish and track best practices for improved telephony performance, including real-time monitoring.
• Facilitate best practices and operational standards for Field Case Managers.
• Engage in projects aimed at operational activities for Specialty Services Programs.
• Provide support for new program launches with specialized knowledge.
• Develop, mentor, and supervise direct reports or other program team members; allocate tasks and oversee delivery.
• A four-year bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of experience and education.
• At least seven (7) years of professional experience.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience, with no less than five (5) years in a progressive management capacity.
• Familiarity with reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database functionalities, and operational policies and procedures.
• Experience with comprehensive call center programs.
• Proven leadership in change management.
• Expertise in project and operational management.
• Knowledge of Lean-Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
• Experience within the pharmaceuticals/biotech industry is beneficial.

• Proficient analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong decision-making skills.
