This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver administrative and clerical support for the designated Patient Support Program
• Manage safety data, fulfillments/reviews, communication, support for field staff, reports, data cleanup, meeting coordination, filing-system upkeep, and various administrative tasks
• Input complete and high-quality information into database systems
• Oversee incoming faxes and email correspondence
• Execute additional administrative responsibilities as needed
• Process relevant program data received from various service contact points
• Handle email, phone, and fax communications
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Prepare and distribute program letters and materials
• Collaborate with team members on administrative responsibilities
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization of processes and template forms
• Review program documentation for thoroughness and consistency to ensure data accuracy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
• Completion of Grade 12 education along with 2 years of community college, secretarial training, and/or equivalent work experience in office administration
• Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
• Experience with Patient Support Programs is a valuable asset
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service abilities
• Precise data entry into both paper and electronic formats
• Capacity to learn quickly, adapt, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High proficiency in information technology, including Microsoft Office applications, phone systems, and databases
• Strong typing skills and familiarity with computer-based programs
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when dealing with patient data and information
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• No specific years of experience are required, as the posting offers an education/experience alternative without a minimum duration
