This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Assist in ensuring the financial and operational success of projects throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Contracts, and senior Program Control specialists.
• Aid in project planning, forecasting, cost management, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, engage in meetings, perform reporting tasks, and manage the Unanet system.
• Create and uphold project records, task and charge codes, labor classifications, and funding frameworks within Unanet.
• Formulate, sustain, and revise Estimates at Completion (EACs) during the monthly reporting cycle.
• Execute cost and revenue forecasting, budget oversight, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and manage subcontractor costs.
• Oversee customer and subcontractor invoicing.
• Conduct profitability and margin assessments.
• Construct project scenario models and perform what-if analyses.
• Prepare, review, and submit financial, operational, and progress reports for internal stakeholders and government clients.
• Coordinate with the Subcontracts team regarding subcontract funding, labor classifications, and contractual agreements.
• Assist in pricing proposals and cost estimates for contract modifications.
• Support pricing and financial analysis for new business opportunities, contract awards, and proposal submissions.
• Provide assistance with Unanet, including troubleshooting and user support.
• Contribute to process enhancements, operational efficiency, and best-practice initiatives.
• Undertake project-specific tasks, corporate analyses, and ad hoc projects.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have resided in the U.S. for at least three of the past five years.
• Must be eligible to acquire a U.S. Federal Government client badge.
• Must successfully pass a Public Trust background investigation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field is required.
• At least five (5) years of experience in program controls, project financial management, pricing, government contracting, or a related area.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience with Unanet ERP/project management software is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
