Program Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate program data, performance indicators, and operational trends to determine effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of agency initiatives and projects

• Work collaboratively with program offices and stakeholders across various functional areas

• Contribute to business process enhancements, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives

• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations derived from data analysis

• Ensure adherence to agency standards, federal regulations, and compliance requirements

• Track program performance and facilitate ongoing improvement activities

• Experience in supporting or leading cross-functional programs or initiatives

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with program performance management and operational procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered

• Previous experience in government or public sector settings is preferred

• Understanding of federal policies, compliance requirements, or regulatory frameworks is preferred

• Experience in supporting transformation or modernization efforts is preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize, balance, and advance multiple competing tasks

• Ability to engage professionally and collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and business partners

• Willingness to develop knowledge to support IT service delivery in federal agencies

• Excellent judgment and innovative problem-solving skills

• Capability to respond to inquiries from team members and clients via email, MS Teams, or other communication methods during core business hours

• Active listening and collaboration skills to comprehend client needs and work with developers and designers
