This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Act as the supportive administrator for an expanding energy-efficiency initiative aimed at residential utility customers in Oregon.
• Organize and assist in coordinating meetings with clients, utility representatives, and internal teams.
• Play a key role in the delivery of programs and projects in collaboration with non-profits, utilities, governmental bodies, and other external partners.
• Oversee programs that enhance internal capabilities for culturally relevant services for clients and residents.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, internal team members, external partners, and customers; collect feedback on participation.
• Provide oversight and direction to implementation teams.
• Prepare, evaluate, and review reports and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with eligibility requirements.
• Offer strategic recommendations to clients based on insights from administrative and field staff.
• Simplify complex concepts into brief, easily understandable materials.
• 4-10 years of combined work experience, including support for non-profit organizations, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency, weatherization programs, and/or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Familiarity with Asana is advantageous, although a willingness to learn is acceptable.
• Bilingual communication skills are beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Excellent writing, reporting, and presentation capabilities.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently while effectively communicating task progress.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to perform under pressure, manage interruptions, and meet tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and quality; organized and process-driven.
• Proficient problem-solving, analytical, and computer skills.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without needing employer sponsorship or support.
• Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment checks.
• If applicable, must meet all DOT qualification standards and adhere to relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
