Program and Project Manager Roles

📋 Description

• Lead and execute intricate initiatives across diverse sectors

• Supervise project lifecycles from inception to completion

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams

• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to manage multiple projects at once

• Proficient with project management software such as JIRA and Trello

• U.S. citizenship required

• Eligibility to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance for certain positions

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred

• Experience in IT or technical project management is advantageous

• Familiarity with data management and system migrations is preferred

• Experience in the financial services or healthcare sector is preferred
