This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in overseeing and addressing Intake inquiries from both current and potential customers.
• Organize Intake sessions, manage logistics, and lead meetings.
• Monitor Intake requests and report on both individual and collective request statuses.
• Collaborate with the Intake Lead, government client stakeholders, and the program Architecture Team.
• Track action items to completion and provide necessary follow-up assistance.
• Clarify requirements, communicate updates, and oversee task execution with government stakeholders.
• Collect, update, route, and process Intake documentation.
• Maintain internal knowledge repositories such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Create reports, briefing materials, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Identify and facilitate both manual and automated enhancements to the Intake process.
• Review deliverables for completeness, consistency, and compliance with program standards.
• Support data calls, program reviews, and audits.
• Revise standard Intake documentation and process flows.
• Contribute to PI Planning initiatives.
• Serve in the capacity of the Intake Lead when necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in supporting federal healthcare IT or program management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data domains and middleware architecture.
• Proven ability to provide customer support and guidance in real-time session environments.
• Capability to translate technical concepts for audiences without technical backgrounds.
• Strong grasp of project and program management principles, including experience in schedule tracking and performance monitoring.
• Excellent organizational skills with experience in coordinating meetings, schedules, and multi-team activities.
• Ability to lead and support activities across remote, multi-disciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and other collaborative tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at tracking, documenting, and conveying information across distributed teams.
• Previous experience in supporting VA programs or healthcare IT initiatives.
• Prior experience in supporting IT intake functions.
• Familiarity with health data management and interoperability.
• Experience in developing or maintaining project documentation.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
