This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Promote the educational programs of Saba University School of Medicine, Medical University of the Americas, and St Matthews University School of Medicine to potential students through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Oversee the student pipeline from the initial inquiry and application stages to enrollment and tuition fee payment.
• Offer support to both domestic and international students throughout their application journey.
• Lead and manage a consultative enrollment process with minimal daily supervision.
• Proactively handle a significant volume of prospective student communications via phone, SMS, video calls, emails, and chats, often making over 100 calls each day.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of course offerings and programs through structured training and independent research.
• Provide personalized consultations and advice tailored to individual needs.
• Assist students in completing applications, converting offers, and enrolling.
• Discuss students’ career goals and highlight relevant clinical and residency opportunities.
• Advise international students regarding visa, immigration, and compliance requirements as necessary.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective students, ensuring they remain engaged and informed throughout the process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders during the recruitment cycle.
• Represent the educational institutions in a professional and positive manner.
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure student records are current and accurate.
• Identify new business and recruitment opportunities.
• Support ongoing improvements in recruitment processes and strategies for student conversion.
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in the higher education sector.
• At least 2+ years of full-time professional sales experience, navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and meeting performance quotas for 2+ years.
• Competence in recording productivity, generating reports from sales CRM systems and spreadsheets, and compiling data.
• Quick learner.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Near-perfect verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive mindset.
• An interest in higher education and the medical field.
• Preferred: Previous experience in medical education or e-learning environments.
• Preferred: A Bachelor’s or Honours Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Commerce, Technology, or Science.
• Preferred: At least 1+ years of experience in a leadership role within a team.
