📋 Description

• Foster a thriving academic career while making significant contributions to the discipline, department, and College of Medicine.

• Deliver exceptional, patient-focused clinical care that aligns with the mission and goals of the College of Medicine.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet the healthcare needs of children in Arkansas.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation in accordance with departmental policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in teaching, mentoring, and the development of educational programs within the College of Medicine.

• Participate in research, presentations, or quality improvement initiatives that align with academic objectives and College expectations.

• Allocate 63% of time to clinical activities and 7% to academic pursuits in accordance with college expectations and individual career aspirations.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, PhD, MD/PhD, or an equivalent qualification is required.

• Successful completion of a pediatric residency program is necessary.

• Specialized training in Pediatric Nephrology is required.

• Valid medical licensure in the state of Arkansas is essential.

• Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in pediatrics.

• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States must be provided on the first day of employment.

• A Criminal Background Check is mandatory.

• Pre-employment screening may involve criminal background checks, drug testing, and/or verification of education.
