Professional Voice Actor, Mexican Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Record audio in Mexican Spanish for a short-term project.

• Collaborate directly with a prominent AI laboratory to enhance its capability to manage and produce audio data.

• Accurately record transcripts as they are written or modify them for a more natural flow.

• Dedicate 2–10 hours per week throughout the 1–2 week duration of the project.

• Participate in a kickoff meeting.

• Work alongside Mercor and top researchers on AI training and improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have been born and raised in Mexico.

• Strong proficiency in English.

• Capability to communicate in a “customer service” tone with a neutral to upbeat cadence, clear articulation, and steady pacing.

• Keen attention to detail regarding punctuation, commas, and dashes.

• Ability to record transcripts verbatim or adjust them for a natural pace.

• A professional audio recording setup, including a home studio with a high-quality microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and post-production editing software.

• Availability for 2–10 hours per week for roughly 1–2 weeks.

• Must be able to attend a kickoff call.

• Professional voice acting experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Experience in speaking and audio through music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or similar fields is encouraged.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
