Professional Services Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop training methods for complex technical products, solutions, workflows, and client scenarios.

• Create educational content for a diverse and extensive user audience.

• Design and deliver both remote and in-person training sessions for client concessions and administrative teams.

• Assess training programs and suggest enhancements to improve engagement, learning outcomes, and retention rates.

• Keep training materials accurate and relevant in line with product updates.

• Examine training data, learner feedback, and operational shifts to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with project managers to meet training obligations outlined in Statements of Work.

• Conduct training programs for products and solutions utilized by clients in sports, entertainment, and the restaurant industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, education, client training, or learning and development.

• More than 3 years of experience in creating curricula, facilitator guides, learner materials, or digital learning content for diverse audiences.

• At least 3 years of experience delivering training to groups via virtual platforms, classroom environments, or client-facing presentations.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing learner feedback, training results, or operational data to enhance learning programs.

• Over 3 years of experience utilizing visual design, workflow mapping, or documentation tools to clarify complex processes.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in education, instructional design, communications, liberal arts, business, technology, or a related combination of education, experience, and/or military service.

• Teaching certification or formal training in adult learning methodologies is preferred.

• Experience in point-of-sale, payments, hospitality, concessions, venue operations, or with clients in sports and entertainment is preferred.

• Familiarity with Lucidchart, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Smartsheet, or similar digital tools is preferred.

• Experience presenting to large audiences is preferred.

• Capability to operate a computer and audio equipment.

• Willingness to travel regularly, approximately 25% of the time.

• Must possess valid and unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.
