This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Lead the evaluation and onboarding process for subcontracting partners.

• Work closely with regional leaders to prioritize the onboarding and management of subcontractors.

• Create and implement enablement processes for CrowdStrike's subcontracting partners.

• Manage the legal and IT onboarding requirements for subcontracting partners involved in CrowdStrike services.

• Supervise the project management standards and delivery methodologies for subcontractors providing services.

• Track subcontractor performance, capacity, and financial metrics.

• Collaborate with services leadership to develop new subcontracted service offerings.

• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, runbooks, and process workflows for internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the partner services catalog.

• Deliver exceptional support and guidance to trusted partners.

• Provide cross-functional assistance in selecting and staffing subcontracted engagements.

• Enhance subcontractor operations by leveraging AI tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services, delivery management, partner management, or a comparable role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in partner enablement and program management.

• Experience in tracking customer satisfaction and other key success metrics related to engagement delivery.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and their delivery methodologies.

• Background in contract management and vendor relations.

• Exceptional project and program management skills.

• Strong business acumen and capabilities in financial analysis.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain complex partner relationships.

• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience in using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
