Professional Services Consultant, Spanish-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee implementation projects and conduct initial training sessions for new clients.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth delivery and onboarding experience.

• Take responsibility for the transition from proof of value to full deployment.

• Ensure effective knowledge transfer regarding success criteria, technical environments, and timelines.

• Provide consultation on best practices and proactively identify potential risks.

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.

• Facilitate deployment kickoffs by gathering necessary technical stack, success criteria, and timelines.

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer objectives and align project plans accordingly.

• Assist customers through configuration, integrations, and technical enablement processes.

• Act as the primary technical liaison during deployment, overseeing status updates, risk management, and escalations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including executive-level clients.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.

• Work closely with internal teams to enhance implementation processes and delivery best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role providing enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, preferably in the cybersecurity sector.

• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Experience managing deployments that involve enterprise email systems, integrations, and migrations.

• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from inception to completion: discovery, planning, execution, issue resolution, and final delivery sign-off.

• Knowledge of enterprise mail flow, email security, and associated technologies.

• Experience leading technical discussions with IT and InfoSec stakeholders.

• Proficient in commercial email routing, filtering, or SEG tools.

• Familiarity with log analysis using SIEM or similar tools.

• Basic understanding of scripting or coding, such as Python or Java, is advantageous.
