Professional Service Staff Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of advanced XSIAM platforms for enterprise clients.

• Develop tailored playbooks and automation workflows addressing customer security challenges.

• Construct custom correlations using log events to fulfill security use cases.

• Act as a subject matter expert on XSIAM for both clients and internal teams.

• Diagnose root causes of technical issues and devise effective solutions.

• Guide junior team members and disseminate knowledge.

• Enhance the XSIAM Professional Services portfolio by contributing methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in deploying and managing SIEM platforms, including log parsing, correlation, and strategic planning.

• Significant experience in deploying and managing EDR/XDR/Endpoint platforms and agents.

• Proficient in Linux systems administration.

• Skilled in Python and/or JavaScript for creating custom integrations and advanced playbooks.

• Advanced knowledge of APIs and the ability to integrate XSIAM with various security tools and infrastructure components.

• Expertise in designing and implementing intricate security use cases.

• Strong grounding in security concepts, frameworks, and compliance standards.

• Proven history of leading large-scale XSIAM platform deployments for enterprise clients.

• Architectural skills in designing scalable, secure, and performance-optimized XSIAM solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP and their corresponding security services.

• Comprehensive understanding of incident response processes, including triage, investigation, and remediation.
