This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Keep precise project documentation and records.
• Recognize project risks, challenges, and obstacles, and propose solutions.
• Communicate project outcomes and their impact to team leadership.
• Ensure quality control and uniformity across all deliverables.
• Maintain open communication with team leaders and provide project updates during team meetings.
• Develop and sustain expertise in Amplify Literacy assessment, supplemental, and intervention products.
• Align the design of professional development with product updates, prioritized areas, user needs, and industry standards.
• Comprehend evolving product-related training requirements and offer implementation support and guidance.
• Collaborate with various teams to create and deliver training programs.
• Collect and integrate cross-team feedback to enhance training resources.
• Contribute expertise and problem-solving skills to collective projects.
• Design professional learning experiences in various formats, including instructor-led sessions, virtual workshops, eLearning, webpages, toolkits, videos, animations, and simulations.
• Customize training resources to meet business needs and customer specifications.
• Create and lead virtual workshops and online training sessions.
• Gather and assess feedback from participants and stakeholders.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine training content, formats, and delivery methods.
• Establish and oversee structured feedback mechanisms.
• Stay informed about best practices, innovations, methods, and technologies in training and development.
• Support the priorities of the company and the Professional Development team.
• Engage in or lead working groups, team meetings, projects, and other initiatives.
• Adjust to evolving organizational needs and new priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 3+ years of PreK-12 classroom teaching experience.
• At least 2+ years of experience in designing and facilitating professional development sessions for PreK-12 educators, both in-person and online, on a large scale.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles with experience applying them to deliver learning experiences for adults.
• Experience in teaching with, implementing, or facilitating professional development using the mCLASS DIBELS 8th Edition or Lectura programs.
• Strong understanding of high-quality literacy instruction and assessment practices based on the Science of Reading.
• Proficiency in instructional and visual design.
• Experience with Google Slides, video editing software, Easy Generator or similar online course authoring tools, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with technology-based productivity tools, including Google Applications and video conferencing platforms like Google Meet and Zoom.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel to Amplify’s headquarters in New York for in-person onboarding or periodically during employment as required.
• Background check required if selected.
