This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the enterprise learning and performance strategy for Current and its accounting platform firms.
• Establish role-specific learning pathways across Tax, Audit, CAS, Advisory, and Operations.
• Oversee flagship leadership and business development initiatives, including partnerships with universities and external academic institutions.
• Develop partner-readiness pipelines and align learning with career advancement and promotion criteria.
• Create metrics that connect learning investments to retention, readiness for promotion, utilization, and quality of client service.
• Manage the performance management philosophy, framework, annual cycle, goal-setting methodology, competency models, rating guides, calibration standards, and feedback practices.
• Collaborate on CPE compliance strategy, governance, documentation, approval processes, and audit preparedness.
• Act as the executive owner for LCvista, PerformYard, and the learning and performance technology ecosystem.
• Ensure seamless integration among learning platforms, HRIS, and reporting environments.
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, renewals, cost allocation, and enterprise content platforms, including Becker, LinkedIn Learning, and LumiQ.
• Develop executive reports and dashboards for tracking completion, adoption, performance distribution, promotion readiness, and retention risk.
• Assess new platforms, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Manage learning and performance initiatives for firm integrations from due diligence through to steady state.
• Create repeatable playbooks for M&A integration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team focused on learning, performance, systems, and integration.
• Collaborate with the CHRO and executive leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Represent learning and performance in executive forums, board-level reports, and partner meetings.
• Influence firm leaders and provide guidance on organizational design matters.
• Over 10 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or performance management.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in accounting, professional services, or a multi-entity environment with distributed leadership.
• Proven success in establishing learning or performance functions from scratch.
• Strong understanding of goal frameworks, competency models, rating systems, instructional design, and manager enablement.
• Experience managing learning or performance technology, including implementation, data governance, and vendor relations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, navigate sensitive discussions, and maintain standards under pressure.
• Ability to operate in uncertain environments and create structure where none exists.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise content libraries such as Becker, LinkedIn Learning, and LumiQ.
• Direct experience with CPE compliance, NASBA sponsor registration, or state board requirements is preferred.
• Prior experience supporting or integrating acquired firms in an M&A context is preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms such as LCvista, PerformYard, UKG, Rippling, or similar is preferred.
• Understanding of firm operational structures and service line dynamics across tax, audit, and advisory is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills are preferred.
• Experience managing partnerships with external academic or university programs is preferred.
• Prior experience managing learning content provider relationships from start to finish is preferred.
• Typical working hours aligned with EST.
• Approximately 30% travel required for leadership programs, integration support, and firm-facing sessions.
