Mid-Level Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create educational materials, including online courses, e-learning modules, instructional videos, and interactive presentations.

• Ensure alignment of content with clients’ strategic business goals and learning objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to grasp business, educational, and developmental needs.

• Transform identified needs into effective instructional design approaches.

• Implement best practices and methodologies in instructional design, such as ADDIE, the 3Hs, Edutainment, PBL, 6Ds, and the narrative arc.

• Investigate and utilize e-learning platforms, interactive simulations, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality.

• Design innovative, impactful, and engaging learning experiences for both online and in-person formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Education, Languages, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Knowledge Management, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in instructional design, ideally within corporate education or e-learning settings.

• Proficient in instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, the 3Hs, Edutainment, PBL, and the narrative arc.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms (LMS) is essential.

• Experience with content authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.

• Proven track record of integrating technology solutions into learning and staying updated on education and technology trends.

• Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance production processes.

• Knowledge of authoring tools.

• Familiarity with applying andragogical methodologies and principles.

• Competency in conducting needs assessments.

• Strong focus on enhancing the learning experience.

• Ability to create content with narrative coherence.

• Experience utilizing emerging technologies and supporting tools.

• Proficient data analysis skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
