This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement integrated Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies that align with business objectives, program milestones, workforce effects, and go-live schedules.

• Establish success metrics for readiness, proficiency, adoption, and sustainability.

• Mobilize sponsor coalitions, clarify leadership responsibilities, coach leaders and people managers, and equip them to communicate effectively and eliminate obstacles.

• Conduct assessments of stakeholders, impacts, readiness, and change saturation among leaders, employees, dealers, suppliers, and partners.

• Convert assessment results into prioritized interventions.

• Manage audience strategies, messaging, channels, leader cascades, feedback mechanisms, change champions, and responses to resistance.

• Evaluate impacts on operating models, roles, decision rights, processes, policies, systems, skills, behaviors, workload, and capacity.

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Learning and Development, business leaders, and subject matter experts to address workforce and learning needs.

• Establish and track indicators of sponsorship, readiness, proficiency, adoption, resistance, and support demand.

• Advise on corrective actions and support people-readiness and go/no-go decisions based on evidence.

• Integrate OCM milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, resources, and reporting into program plans and delivery schedules.

• Oversee OCM components of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness, go-live preparation, hypercare, stabilization, reinforcement, and transition to business ownership.

• Lead and mentor change professionals, coordinating communications, learning, business experts, suppliers, vendors, and change champions.

• Set standards for OCM methodologies, content, reporting, and knowledge management across tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and others.

• Enhance OCM playbooks by incorporating lessons learned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, psychology, technology, operations, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in leading OCM for complex enterprise business or technology transformations.

• Proven success in advising senior leaders, activating sponsors, empowering people managers, and influencing within a large matrixed organization.

• Experience in assessing organizational and workforce impacts and translating stakeholder, readiness, and adoption data into focused interventions.

• Background in integrating OCM with program plans, delivery milestones, UAT, go-live, stabilization, and sustainability.

• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, coaching, and executive presentation skills.

• Ability to clearly articulate decisions, risks, and recommendations.

• Competency in managing concurrent priorities, dependencies, and risks, while driving accountability among team members.

• Experience in leading and developing change professionals and coordinating cross-functional teams, external partners, or change champion networks.

• Visa sponsorship is not provided.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent credential is preferred.

• Experience in enterprise technology modernization, core-platform implementation, or workforce transformation in financial services, automotive finance, or other regulated sectors is preferred.

• Experience in developing sponsor coalitions, change champion networks, leader enablement, readiness dashboards, communications strategies, or adoption scorecards is preferred.

• Proficient in using quantitative and qualitative data to assess readiness, proficiency, adoption, and sustainability is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe environments and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power BI is preferred.
