Mid-Level Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and organize digital Mathematics learning materials for EFAF (Elementary School Years 6–9), incorporating interactive activities, simulations, and gamified exercises that align with the curriculum and pedagogical framework of the collection.

• Develop engaging interactive content in Genially, including games, infographics, learning paths, and dynamic presentations.

• Utilize generative AI tools to create and prototype activities, review content, and enhance production efficiency, while maintaining pedagogical integrity.

• Work collaboratively with editors to ensure consistency between printed materials and supplementary digital resources.

• Independently devise instructional design strategies, proactively identifying needs and addressing unforeseen deadlines and requirements.

• Adopt a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate production challenges.

• Tailor the visual and interactive design of materials for various age groups, from Early Childhood Education to the final years of Elementary School, ensuring adherence to pedagogical progression and accessibility standards.

• Conduct reviews and assessments of digital learning objects prior to delivery, verifying their functionality across multiple devices and platforms.

• Adhere to production timelines within contractual agreements, providing updates on progress and potential risks to project leadership.

• Recommend enhancements to processes and reusable templates to streamline future production efforts.

• Expertise in digital educational technologies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education and/or Physics.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or the creation of educational materials.
