• Over 10 years of professional experience in leadership, learning & development, HR, consulting, marketing, communications, business development, client relations, or a related area.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the self-assurance to lead meaningful one-on-one discussions.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to organize and follow through on responsibilities independently.

• Strong professional judgment and the capacity to operate within established systems and processes.

• A sincere passion for ongoing personal and professional growth.

• Comfortable with a performance-based income model rather than a fixed salary.

• Located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the United States.
