Production Print Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Offer expert technical guidance, advice, and support for the sales of networked printing devices, related software/servers, and professional consulting services.

• Deliver technical assistance during sales presentations, customer training sessions, and the provision of professional services.

• Collaborate with sales teams to assess potential customers, formulate account strategies, and pinpoint enterprise printing application solutions.

• Engage in sales calls.

• Attend on-site customer visits for meetings, surveys, and inspections.

• Serve as a technical advisor to customer IT personnel.

• Assist in the preparation of RFP responses.

• Offer ongoing project management support for intricate solution architecture and implementation projects.

• Collaborate on the installation and integration of products and product applications.

• Generate revenue from professional services independently of equipment and software sales.

• Conduct training sessions for customers.

• Provide direction for the installation and integration of advanced Color Solutions.

• Deliver post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in business related to printing pre-sales/post-sales support in Large Format, office, and production settings.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Quark XPress, and/or other standard color composition and management tools, along with their respective file formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF).

• Capability to operate PostScript/PDF file handling tools, including Acrobat Pro Distiller.

• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 70%, including overnight stays.

• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.

• Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required.

• Certified Color Management Professional Master certification is essential.

• Additional knowledge of Datastream—AFP, VIPP, PPML, and LCDS/Metacode—is advantageous.

• Understanding of complex systems solutions, integration, and networking in Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh environments.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must reside in the United States at the time of hire.
