Production Print Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert technical advice, guidance, and knowledge to support the sales of networked printing devices, related software/servers, and professional consulting services.

• Offer technical assistance during sales presentations, customer training sessions, and the execution of professional services.

• Collaborate with the sales team to assess potential customers, formulate account strategies, and pinpoint enterprise printing application solutions.

• Engage in sales calls.

• Participate in on-site customer visits for meetings, assessments, and inspections.

• Act as a technical advisor during meetings with customer IT personnel.

• Work together on responses to RFPs.

• Provide ongoing project management support for intricate solution architecture and implementation.

• Collaborate on the installation and integration of products and product applications.

• Generate revenue from professional services independent of equipment and software sales.

• Conduct training classes for customers.

• Offer guidance on installation and integration for advanced Color Solutions.

• Deliver post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience.

• Relevant business experience related to pre-sales/post-sales support in Large Format, office, and production settings.

• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Quark XPress, and/or other standard color composition and management tools, along with their respective file formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF).

• Capability to utilize and operate PostScript/PDF file handling tools, including Acrobat Pro Distiller.

• Significant travel is required, up to 70%, including overnight stays.

• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are necessary.

• Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required.

• Certified Color Management Professional Master; knowledge of additional Datastream (AFP, VIPP, PPML, and LCDS/Metacode) is an advantage.

• Understanding of complex systems solutions, integration, and networking in Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh environments.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must reside in the United States at the time of hire.
