This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with the sales team to perform discovery calls and offer solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Deliver advanced technical guidance, advice, and expertise in support of sales for networked printing devices, related software/servers, and professional consulting services.
• Provide technical assistance during sales presentations, customer training sessions, and the delivery of professional services.
• Assess potential customers, account strategies, and enterprise printing application solutions alongside the sales team.
• Engage in sales calls.
• Conduct on-site customer visits for meetings, surveys, and evaluations.
• Serve as a technical expert advising customer IT personnel.
• Collaborate on responses to RFPs.
• Offer continuous project management support for large, intricate solution architecture and implementation projects.
• Work together on the installation and integration of products and product applications.
• Generate revenue from professional services independently of equipment and software sales.
• Lead customer training classes.
• Provide direction for installation and integration of advanced Color Solutions.
• Offer post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Relevant business experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support within Large Format, office, and production environments.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, Quark XPress, and/or other standard color composition and management tools along with their respective file formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF).
• Capability to utilize and operate PostScript/PDF file handling tools, including Acrobat Pro Distiller.
• Extensive travel is required, up to 70% with overnight stays.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are mandatory.
• Certification as a Color Management Professional Master.
• Additional knowledge of Datastream, including AFP, VIPP, PPML, and LCDS/Metacode is a plus.
• Understanding of complex systems solutions, integration, and networking across Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh environments.
• Ability to provide post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
