Production Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare artwork for production by converting logos into vector formats.

• Develop precise mock-ups and production-ready proofs.

• Ensure imprints meet exact product specifications.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team, creative partners, and clients to implement creative direction and branding on products.

• Assist in internal creative campaigns.

• Generate virtual mockups and proofs to assist the sales team.

• Engage with clients regarding layout and design.

• Apply client logos on a variety of hard and soft goods.

• Edit and compose graphics as needed.

• Create a range of design solutions.

• Review final layouts and recommend enhancements.

• Coordinate with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in a similar role.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts based on Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Proficiency in both Microsoft and Google applications.

• Expertise in Adobe programs, particularly Adobe Illustrator (strong proficiency required), Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.

• Capability to accurately scale artwork to meet production specifications.

• Strong understanding of CMYK and Pantone color systems.

• Solid grasp of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management practices.

• Ability to maintain speed and efficiency while ensuring a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities while adhering to strict deadlines.

• A robust portfolio showcasing creative and technical graphic design skills.

• Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus but not mandatory.
