This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise and manage daily purchasing, production, and operational tasks.
• Monitor orders to ensure alignment with delivery schedules for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, clients, and internal teams to coordinate order specifics.
• Address production and vendor challenges while providing timely updates.
• Generate purchase orders and maintain regular communication with decoration partners, factories, and promotional suppliers.
• Review and approve artwork proofs, pre-production samples, color lab dips, and blank specifications prior to mass production.
• Develop and oversee production schedules that encompass artwork approval, blank sourcing, decorating, kitting, and shipping.
• Evaluate proofs for print quality, embroidery density, placement accuracy, and color correctness.
• Troubleshoot production delays, misprints, damaged goods, and vendor billing issues.
• Coordinate domestic freight and international shipping/customs documentation with the internal logistics department.
• Monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery to clients.

• Keen attention to detail in purchase orders, artwork files, shipping details, and production records.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in production coordination or account management within promotional products, print production, custom apparel, branded merchandise, or a similar e-commerce environment.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.
• Experience in researching promotional products, placing orders, and following up with suppliers.
• Familiarity with screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, pad printing, laser engraving, and garment embellishments.
• Proficient in ERP/order management systems such as NetSuite.
• Skilled in project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage over 20 active production jobs simultaneously while ensuring accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for supplier negotiations, customer updates, and internal team handoffs.
• Familiarity with ASI, PPAI, and SAGE is preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva, including the ability to inspect vector artwork files, is preferred.
• Experience in managing custom import or overseas manufacturing schedules is preferred.
