Production & Client Order Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Review confirmed customer orders and generate comprehensive, factory-ready documentation.

• Verify dimensions, configurations, quantities, fabric, color, cushion fill, arm style, back height, finishes, pricing, and special instructions.

• Cross-verify invoices, order forms, drawings, approvals, notes, and internal systems for precision.

• Identify any missing, conflicting, or unclear information prior to the orders entering production.

• Process approved order modifications and refresh all relevant documents and systems.

• Liaise with customers regarding order confirmations, alterations, and adjustments.

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Care, Logistics, and factory teams to address order-related challenges.

• Maintain precise records and recognize recurring issues to enhance quality-control processes.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through capabilities.

• Professional, warm, and assertive communication with customers.

• Calm and effective problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in production coordination, order management, quality assurance, logistics, customer service, or a similar accuracy-oriented role.

• Familiarity with custom furniture, manufacturing, e-commerce, purchase orders, production sheets, or made-to-order products is advantageous.

• Capability to operate Windows 11 Home/Pro.

• Processor of i5 or Ryzen 5 or better.

• 16GB RAM.

• Dual screen, noise-cancelling headset, and camera.
