Production Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Extend a warm welcome to Realtors and clients.

• Oversee and manage workflows to guarantee timely closings.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in market conditions.

• Adhere to relevant mortgage lending laws and regulations.

• Facilitate communication among borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, and others to accelerate the mortgage process.

• Request and follow up on necessary client documentation.

• Disclose and submit loans to the Operations Department.

• Conduct basic income calculations.

• Deliver customer service to both internal and external customers.

• Achieve closing timeframe goals.

• Operate within a database.

• Organize and facilitate lunch-ins and meetings.

• Market, service, and promote the Company’s loan offerings.

• Support the Loan Officer in collaborating with Realtors, Builders, and other clients to secure mortgage financing.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in computer and technology-related skills.

• Highly organized.

• Technologically adept and quick to learn new systems.

• Knowledge of DU is advantageous.

• Capability to follow up with multiple prospects on a daily basis.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

• Experience with CRM/Salesforce is a plus.

• Familiarity with working within a database is beneficial.

• Professional demeanor.

• Self-motivated.

• NMLS license required.
